Il progetto di rilievo, scavo, studio e valorizzazione del teatro romano di Althiburos (El M’deïna, Tunisia) vede coinvolti l’Institut National du Patrimoine, l’Università di Macerata ed il Politecnico di Bari. Nelle tre campagne sinora svolte è stato iniziato il programma di rilievo del monumento e catalogo degli elementi architettonici e sono stati iniziati alcuni saggi stratigrafici che hanno permesso di indagare le fasi più tarde della vita dell’edificio, da quando cioè, in età bizantina, il teatro venne trasformato in fortezza sino all’età moderna. Un moulin en bois de la première moitié du Ier siècle à Art-sur-Meurthe, L'Embanie (Départment Meurthe-et-Moselle, France)

International audience; RésuméSur la commune d’Art-sur-Meurthe les soubassements d’un moulin en bois, des canaux matérialisés par des piquets clayonnés et quelques éléments provenant du mécanisme (alluchon) et de la roue à aube (pales) ont été mis au jour dans un paléochenal situé le long de la Meurthe. Le moulin est installé dans un milieu largement ouvert dédié aux pâtures et à l’agriculture. Les matériaux ligneux qui ont permis sa construction et les aménagements connexes, proviennent de la plaine alluviale, mais également de la forêt présente à proximité sur les versants de la vallée. National audience; Les opérations archéologiques menées depuis 2013 sur le secteur de la Genetoye ont permis de mettre au jour un mobilier de coroplastie important et de bonne qualité. Ces figurines ont constitué le point de départ de la réalisation d’un mémoire universitaire (ANDROUIN 2017) et d’une nouvelle approche de ces objets. Nous présenterons ici les derniers résultats concernant l’étude des productions des figurines en terre cuite gallo-romaines dans l’agglomération d’Augustodunum.

The Universities of Pavia and Oxford continued their investigations in Villa Adriana, in the area called Plutonium, traditionally interpreted as a reproduction of the Underworld, and located on one of the highest rises of the complex, in the east part of the Villa. The excavations took place from 1 to 21 July 2019. A team of 12 graduate students and postdoctoral researchers took part in the project, both from Oxford and Pavia Universities (S. Andronio, I. Composé de 190 individus, ce corpus, actuellement en cours d’étude, permet d’ores et déjà d’en savoir plus sur la production de figurine en terre cuite à la Genetoye et plus largement sur la ville d’Autun-Augustodunum.
